Adapix drafts follow-up messages (text, email, and phone calls) on behalf of the business using it. Messages wait for the business owner's review and approval before sending, unless the owner explicitly enables auto-approval. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they teach Adapix and for having proper consent to contact the customers they add.
Program name: Adapix — customer follow-up messages sent on behalf of the business you contacted (follow-ups after an inquiry or estimate, appointment scheduling and reminders, and replies to your questions).
Message frequency varies by your conversation with the business — typically a handful of messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages — opt-outs are honored automatically. Reply HELP for help, or contact support at roccochenet95@gmail.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including carrier messaging rules. You may close your account at any time.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-drafted content should be reviewed by the business owner; Adapix is designed so nothing sends without approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the preceding three months.
