These terms govern the use of Adapix, customer follow-up software for small businesses, provided at adapixai.com and app.adapixai.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Adapix drafts follow-up messages (text, email, and phone calls) on behalf of the business using it. Messages wait for the business owner's review and approval before sending, unless the owner explicitly enables auto-approval. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they teach Adapix and for having proper consent to contact the customers they add.
Program name and description: Adapix — customer follow-up messages sent on behalf of the business you contacted (follow-ups after an inquiry or estimate, appointment scheduling and reminders, and replies to your questions).
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Paid plans, prices, and any free-trial terms are shown at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period already paid. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice — a change never applies retroactively to time you've already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
You own the information you teach Adapix and the customer data you add. You give us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — to store that data, generate drafts from it, and deliver approved messages. We don't use your data to compete with you or market to your customers. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Adapix uses AI to draft messages and answer customer replies using only what your business taught it. AI output can contain mistakes. The Service is designed so a human approves every message before it sends, and you are responsible for reviewing drafts before approving them. If you enable auto-approval, you accept responsibility for messages sent under that setting.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including carrier messaging rules, or that create legal risk for us or other users. Where practical we'll warn you first. You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data afterward.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that follow-ups will win back any particular customer or produce any particular business result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adapix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these terms — including messaging people without proper consent or content you approved for sending.
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
